Produced in a historic mill in Kilkar, County Donegal, Ireland. This Aran weight knitting and weaving yarn with its large flecks spun in the traditional woollen spinning method has all the ingredients of the traditional home spun Donegal.

This yarn comes on cones with spinning oil that ensures its better storage. The yarn will show its true qualities only after thorough washing. We recommend hand washing in warm water with soap. This yarn blooms beautifully after washing and the final fabric will have a very soft handle, the colour might also get slightly brighter after washing.
